When client UK Land & Property wanted to thank their team for a tremendous year, they wanted something both stylish and festive. Not for them the table for 10 at a city centre hotel, this was to be an extraordinary trip, in recognition of the team’s extra ordinary efforts throughout the year.
We flew all 10 people from Manchester Airport to Copenhagen where they were met by their personal driver and transferred direct to the Tivoli Gardens where they experienced first hand the magic of the winter wonderland that is created in Denmark’s capital city. After lunch the team explored the delights of the gardens including the ice rink, roller coaster and artisan market stalls.
Transported by rickshaws through the city to their 5-star hotel, the group was able to see some of the beautiful architecture before relaxing in their hotel prior to dinner.
Restaurant Quote is the place to see and be seen in Copenhagen and the food excellent. The group then went on to one of the city’s famous clubs where they were on the guest list to enjoy the rest of the night.
A leisurely breakfast the following morning was followed by free time until lunch in a typically Danish eatery and then back to the airport for the return trip home.
Working out at approximately £650 a head for a full 2-day trip, this was certainly a great way to thank the team and reward all their hard work.
