Driving Ambitions

Driving Ambitions brings together the many different offers from Inconnection's suppliers, with our own incentives packages, and allows us to offer a selection of prizes, from the smaller award to the luxury item.

It has been designed as an additional incentive on top of the salary and bonus structure and our aim is to create fun and competition in the work place.

How Driving Ambitions Works

To enter the scheme all staff members have to do is complete and return a registration form provided by Inconnection. Once registered, individuals will be given a personal point's bank account where they can store and check their points. More point's mean better prizes.

At the end of each month, a points bank account will be up-dated by adding all the points the individual have earned for the previous month and posting directly to that person's branch. Alternatively, they can view their account by visiting the Driving Ambitions website and using their password to log into their personal account.

Many rewards are for personal use, but they can also be taken as team/family prizes. Nine categories are available to choose from and should scheme members achieve their targets and are prepared to save their points, then they could win prizes including flight vouchers, a set of golf clubs, a games console, a family day out at a top theme park, a trip for two to London's West End or enjoy fines wines and a food hamper. Or alternatively cashing in early will staff a range of CD's, DVD's, cinema tickets or a meal for two at TGI Fridays. The choice is down to the individual and with over 60 prizes on offer, there's something for everyone.
