Symantec European meeting

Overview

Symantec is a global IT software company specializing in security and anti virus software. They asked Inconnection to arrange a meeting for their management training programme for the top EMEA (Europe & the Middle East) sales managers. The top sales performers from each country within the region are put forward onto the training programme which is called Brave Heart and it was important that the venue and event management reflected and reinforced this theme.

The Solution

Gleneagles in Scotland provided the perfect venue, with fantastic international airport access to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. This very successful 4 day meeting combined work and team bonding activities for 50 key sales people.  One of the highlights being dinner at a local whisky distillery (which no-one seems to be able to remember!) along with a Scottish themed celebration dinner with William Wallace himself making the presentations!

The Results

Not only was the meeting and business content a success but it combined brilliantly with the team bonding and sharing of ideas in a great venue that perfectly fitted with the theme of the programme.
