Overview

The UK’s leading windscreen and replacement glass company, Autoglass, was looking to run a motivating conference for all their 250 branch managers.

The venue had to be centrally located within the UK with good access and excellent meeting/function space. We also needed to consider how to provide a motivating experience for the branch managers in the evening.

The Solution

We negotiated excellent rates at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham and produced a first class conference followed by a unique dinner.

Rather than a formal black tie dinner in the hotel, we though the branch managers might enjoy an evening at the dogs – with a difference! A fleet of 35 stretch limos transferred the guests to the Hall Green Greyhound Stadium where they enjoyed exclusive use of the main function suite, sponsored races, trackside branding, dinner and a highly entertaining evening’s racing.

Following an overnight stay and leisurely breakfast, guests departed the following morning.

The Results

Inconnection delivered on both fronts – with a very clear and professional business message delivered at the conference; followed by a motivating/team bonding event where everyone could relax.
